Where does Murelle ship?
We currently only ship to addresses in the UAE.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders ship in 1–2 business days and usually arrive on the same day the order is shipped. Our delivery partner will get in touch with you regarding delivery concerns.
Do you offer same day delivery?
Sorry, we do not offer same day delivery at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
For one-time purchases, orders above AED 160 get free shipping. Subscribers get free shipping on all orders regardless of order value.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via WhatsApp.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
Our delivery partner will attempt to reach you. If unsuccessful, they will try again or get in touch to reschedule the delivery.
Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update your address. Please contact us as soon as possible to make changes.

What is your return policy?
We offer free returns on shower heads within 60 days of purchase. Simply contact us to initiate a return.
